Hi Team Have a problem with the above.. Not sure if it’s a bug or I’m missing something.. Have read – https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-export-registrations-to-csv/ and First link says “You’ll be taken to a table of registrations specifically for that event, at the bottom of the table is the ‘All Registrations CSV Report’ button” – my version has a “Event Registrations CSV Report” button. But I doubt this is relevant. The problem is that there are 18 people registered, but when I click the “Event Registrations CSV Report” button, only 13 gets exported into the CSV file. It’s the same 13 every time. The people registered have done so over 2 months (in this instance Sep and Oct – 8 in Oct, 10 in Sep) 17 are approved, one is pending payment. I am using no filters, and even if I do as in specifically choose the correct category – still only 13 names are exported. (using Safari on a MAC) Must be something about unlucky 13??? 😎 Can you assist pls? Cheers |
Hi Gazza, Within your registrations list do any of the registrations have a TXN Date that is Orange? If you are using the latest version of EE4 is should have the status under the date, like this – http://take.ms/ezAvQ |

Can you open up one of the 5 registrations that are not being exported. Then edit the contact for that registraiton – http://take.ms/jkAlz Take a look where it says ‘Update Contact Record’, does the button show ‘Update’ or ‘Publish’? – http://take.ms/Hbrvr |

Taaa Daaa!! Yes, they showed “Publish” – clicked and all good now!! My question is now what happened that they aren’t immediately “Published”. Some are, some aren’t? Thx muchly |
We are currently investigating this to find out why. If you create a new registration now, is the contact created correctly or sill not published? |
