Hello there,

We exported all our event attendees via CSV on Event Espresso Plugin.
There’s a column on the csv that lists the attendees that were checked in.

Usually they are 0 or 1, which means 0 they werent checked in and 1 they were checked in.

Question 1 – Why do we have some attendees with 2, 3 or more on the checkin value?
QUestion 2 – Is there a way we can restrict to 1 the checkin value?

many thanks!

Hi Dinn,

A check out does not negate a checkin. So if there’s a 2 there, that means their ticket was checked in and then checked out. If there’s a 3 there it means their ticket was checked in, then out, then checked back in.

There isn’t a way in the software to restrict the checkin value to 1, but you can go to Event Espresso > Registrations > Checkins and look up a specific registration, then view it, then delete individual extra checkins.

Did you go to the Event Check-In tab? Then did you select an event?
