I can’t seem to find a way to export attendee data for multiple events occuring on one given day. The only option for exporting this data seems to be for ONE event or for ALL events. Is this true, or am I missing something? Thanks!

Hi Hilarie,

It is true, those are the current options, one or all.

Thanks. Also, I seem to be having issues trying to export all attendee data and using the live search filter for all attendees at once. We have more than 35,000 attendees registered for all our current and past events now, so could it simply be a problem of bulk?

Hi,

Yes I would say that that is a bulk issue, the server could be timing out when trying to get that amount of data in one go. You could break it up into exporting per event and combine them on your desktop computer.

I’m talking with our systems administrator about this right now. Do you think there is something we can do with our server to better support the bulk? We’d like to be able to use the live search filter to find names.

One thing you may want to try, due to the size of the data that you are dealing with, is to do an export of the wp_event_attendee table from phpMyAdmin, in a CSV format, then open it up in your desktop’s spreadsheet program. That way you can search the spreadsheet for the name, and find out there which event they signed up for.
