Hello, about 2 weeks ago everything worked fine, now when I export 2 weeks later the data fields are not exporting any info on the xls or csv. There is over 110 registrations and not sure how to fix this.
Is this the same site I looked at earlier this week? The reason I ask is because I was able to export the data from the event that you asked me to look at.
The export I downloaded from your site today did not have missing data fields. The new one you posted here (and I’m going to delete the link to help protect your customer’s privacy) looks like it’s been converted by Microsoft Excel. I can recommend downloading a new export file and either a) try again with MS Excel, and you’ll likely need to change the import settings. or b) use a different spreadsheet application.
Can you send me a screen shot of your download. I am using excel and google spreadsheets, both dont show the partner info. Thanks in advance and please advise
I think I see what’s going on here. Was the Roles and Permissions plugin installed between now and when the registration for this event started?
I may be able to get the data exported for you for this event, but I’ll need to install adminer to do it. Can you send FTP creds via the secure form on this contact page:
