export error [filtered cvs report]

I get an error if i try to (1) export filtered registrations list form EE. This error does not occur if for the (2) event registration report.

Error: 502 Bad Gateway

Event Espresso – 4.9.77.p
WP version : 5.2.2
PHP 7.0.33

Hi there,

Please update to the latest version (currently 4.9.82.p) and retest this.

5XX are server related errors, t could be that your server can’t handle the request or doesn’t like something about the filtered report request.

If you export just a standard event report, does that work?

(Event Espresso -> Events -> {hover over event} -> Registrations

Bottom of the list click on ‘Event Registrations CSV Report’.
