I need to export the CVS report of the people that had purchase tickets for the event. I selected the approved registers only and when i click on the export the filter cvs list, it just load the first couple rows and then will stop.

Hi,

We received your request for priority support. I’ve emailed you and included a copy of that CSV report.

Please, please i need to know how to do the export. One of the big events that is coming up ” T3R Elemento, Ramon Ayala y mas – Pleasanton Fairgrounds” the main artist just cancel his tour and we need to let the registers know about this new change and the refund process.

Hi,

I’ve added the following to your site’s wp-config.php file:

define('EE_USE_OLD_CSV_REPORT_CLASS', true);

What that will do is switch Event Espresso to use the older CSV class. When you go to get a registration list, you’ll click “Event Registrations CSV Report” and it will generate the report.

Thank you so much, but this will work for now. how can i make it so it will filter the approved registrations only for next time?

You’ll probably need to move the site to another web sever because the newer CSV report class that includes the filtering isn’t going to work on that web server.

Tell me what it needs to get done, and I can pass this over to my server manager. He can take a look and may be stay in the same server.

Thanks so much

I have the site hosted in a Linode Server

You can pass this on to your server manager:

When doing a filtered CSV report, admin-ajax.php returns 404 error
client denied by server configuration: *redacted*/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php, referer: https://www.boletosaqui.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_batch...{querystring}

There may be some rate limiting or some limits on the query string length for the request that failed.

The issue was solve by the Server Manager, he say that.. the ddos security was causing the problem.. so I have disabled it on the account.

*Now its working again
