I am unable to export a CSV that shows me accurate information from the database telling me which people were checked into (attended) the events they registered for. How would I go about doing that? This information is used to provide certificates of completion to those people for successfully completing our continuing education courses. Please help. Thanks!
We received your request for priority support. You can export a CSV of all registrations by going to Event Espresso > Registrations, then you click on the “All Registrations CSV Report” button.
After the report is generated you can then open the CSV file in a spreadsheet app to view and manage the data. You’ll note that there’s a “Check-Ins” column in the report so if they were checked into the event their row in the report will have the number 1 or a greater number than 1. If there’s a 0 in the column that means they were not checked in.
Probably not everything but it includes a lot of the registration data including the name of the attendee, the date they registered for the event, their address, and so on.
I get that, and it does have good data. My problem is that I need to be 100% sure that all registrations and check-ins that EE knows about are in this report.
May I ask do you see any discrepancies between the CSV report and what’s listed in Event Espresso > Registrations? If you prefer that someone from Event Espresso staff go through that data we can do that, but we’ll need access to the site again (I checked and it appears that we’ve been locked out).
