Hello,
I have the latest version of WordPress and the new version of Event Espresso. Ever since the upgrade to the new version, my CSV reports are not showing all of the registrants. How do I fix this?

Hi Ana,

Can you check to see if the missing registrants are in the Transactions table? Also, it will help to know which payment methods you are using if these are not free events.

Only using PayPal and yes they are showing in the Transactions table. Also, we made some changes to the PayPal account (per the discussion threads in this forum) yet people are still showing as Abandoned even though they paid, and nothing is exporting to CSV. We have a lot of registrants and this is very difficult to try to track for our event.

Hello Ana,

I also just posted this in another forum post you created:

Can you please look in the event for an archived ticket? An archived ticket will have a lock next to it.

If one of the tickets has a lock next to it, then that may be the issue. If that’s the case, then the next version we are releasing shortly will have a fix.

Thanks for your patience.
