When I try to export registrations, only a few populate in the spreadsheet and I have no idea why this is happening. Please help as we have a lot of registrations coming in and this is difficult to track accuracy.
Can you please look in the event for an archived ticket? An archived ticket will have a lock next to it.
If one of the tickets has a lock next to it, then that may be the issue. If that’s the case, then the next version we are releasing shortly will have a fix.
There are several registrations with a lock next to the name. No matter what I try, I cannot get all the names to export into the CSV to track my registrations. When do you expect the fix for this to be released?
Disregard the last message – I just went in and saw there was an update for the plugin. However, the problem still exists. The CSV is only showing a handful of registrations when there are several. Not sure what to do about this!
When you go into the transactions list table, are there transactions that have not been updated yet? Eg, they paid via PayPal, but the amount paid says 0? If so, you can manually apply the payment, then these registrations will appear in the CSV report.
