Hi,
we’re using event espresso for a big event where 400 attendees will attend several seminars. We would like to give to each attendee a list of all the events he/she registered to.
That should be xportable in Excel so we can print labels!

How can we do that?

Thanks

Hi,

Well you can export a full spreadsheet by clicking Event Overview > All Attendees > Export to Excel.

This can also be done on an event by event basis, by clicking the Attendee link under any event name and then clicking the Export to excel button.

Ok, i knew about the Export feature, thanks to remind me of that… BUT why is your CSV export a SEMI-COLON seperated export? Is there any way to get a proper COMMA seperated value? Excel 2010 on Windows refuses the SEMI-COLON as a seperator…the data get’s garbled…

It shouldn’t be a SEMI-COLON separated export. I think that is something that Excel does when you open the file. You have to select the format you want it to use, but SEMI-COLON separated is selected by default.
