Export Attendees Not Exporting All

When I use the Export Attendees option (via any of the links in the backend), it only exports about 550 of my 2,000 attendees. This is true for Excel and CSV.

What’s the fix? I’m using the latest and greatest version of EE.

Hi,

I am unable to recreate this, I tested this by importing 3000 users and it successfully exported them all.

Are you getting any errors? Does the server time out at all? How long is it taking to export the 550 attendees?

I get no errors and it takes about 5 seconds or less.

When I export the table from the database in PHO MyAdmin, everyone exports successfully.

Really I don’t know what to do… You can review our setup if you’d like.

If you have the Roles and Permissions add-on active can you try deactivating it before doing the export?

We have used that plugin in the past, but it’s since been deactivated and deleted. Still no luck. If I delete EE and reinstall, will I lose all my database tables? That’s the only other solution I can conjure.

Deleting and re-installing the Event Espresso plugin will leave all the database tables intact. While there are no scripts that do a database wipe that run when doing an update, we advise backing up the database before doing any plugin updates as a pre-caution.
