Export Attendees & All Classes They've Taken

We’re looking to export an archive of all customers and all classes they’ve taken along with the dates. This doesn’t seem possible in EE, is that correct? Is there a way to pull this info directly from the MySQL database? What fields connect the attendee to the classes they’ve taken?

Hi,

If you go to Event Overview, and then click the All Attendees link under Filters (http://take.ms/p7AH1) you will be taken to a list of all active attendees. If needed you can change the status to see all attendees regardless of status. You can then export that list to CSV via the Export to Excel button.

Thanks. This doesn’t seem to export the class that the attendee has taken – unless I’m missing something.

Hi,

The CSV file should contain a column called Event Name, this is the event (class) the attendee has registered to.
