Folks… some of you may have received an expiry notice via email (or noticed some special codes available in your account profile). We’ve noticed some problems with our coupon code system and all the existing codes mailed out will not work. We are working on a fix. When it is fixed you will get a new email with the new codes you can use. Sorry for the delay.
We think we’ve got the system fixed and new notifications are going out. There may still be a few glitches with the system so if you try a code you receive and it doesn’t work, please get in touch with us and we will fix it for you.
We noticed that some of the emails that went out with these codes had the incorrect message saying that your account is expiring in two days. This is in error and was a carry over from when we were testing our site. Your correct expiry date will be on your account profile and the expiration date on the coupon should match the date on your account, not what’s in the email. Sorry for the confusion.
