Expired Tickets on Bundle Pricing

Hey guys, we create events that have bundle pricing AND that also allow people to sign up for multiple days of one event. See screenshot.

How can I make those two tickets that say “Expired” disappear instead of remaining on there and saying “Expired” and showing the bundle pricing even though they can’t buy it.

Ideally it would be nice if only tickets that are still available for sale are shown. http://prntscr.com/kjh78h

Hi Jarred,

You go to Event Espresso > Events > Templates, scroll down, and set Show Expired Tickets? to No, then click Save.

Okay so then based on the screenshot I shared. If I do as you suggest, it will hide the August 14th ticket AND hide the Bundle ticket. BUT, it will still show the August 21st and August 28th ticket? Because they are all on the same event, just different date and times. Just want to be sure before I change anything that might cause issues. Thanks.

Different tickets actually, and the setting only hides expired tickets. The on sale tickets will continue to display until they’re expired.

okay so if I change it, and for some reason it doesn’t do what I’m hoping for, can I change it back so that it works the same as it is now. Thanks

Yes, all of the options in EE can be enabled/disabled so if there’s a setting you enable and don’t like, changing it back will show the original output from before the change.
