Hello, As admin, when I add a ticket to my cart and go to cart, an old Expired event (from 5 years ago) is in cart every time, and I hope users are not seeing this. I delete the event from cart each time. How can I correct this issue? Thank you!
Where are you adding the event to the cart? On the front end?
I’ve just added a ticket from an event to the cart on your site and only saw that specific ticket in the cart so I don’t think users will be seeing this.
This is on the frontend. I’m not “adding” the expired event to the cart. When I add a new event to the cart, the expired events are in the cart also, despite the fact that I’ve deleted them repeatedly, so I’d like to solve the issue.
I understand you’re not adding the expired event to the cart, but I needed to know how you are adding your ‘new’ tickets into the cart.
Do you have any caching plugins enabled on the site?
If you go to {domain}/registration-cancelled/
Then go to {domain}/registration-checkout/?event_cart=view#checkout
(Go to both of those directly, not by clicking buttons on the site)
Do you see the old expired events still showing in the cart?
