I’ve searched the documentation and forums, but I think I need a bit more information on expected behaviour for promo codes.
If I’m a user with multiple registrations for multiple events in my shopping cart, and I enter a promo code, should the promo code be applied to every item in the cart? Desired behaviour is that yes, the promo code would be applied to every item in the cart.
The promo code in question has the following settings:
Type: percent discount
Amount: -100
Scope applied to: Event
Apply promo to all scope items: Yes
Promo is exclusive: Yes
Number of uses: blank
The code only seems to be applied to the first item in the cart. I’ve checked the valid date range on the promo code, and every event in the cart is within the valid range. Can you think of any other reason that the promo code would only apply to the first event in the cart?

If the promotion code is set to apply to all of the events that are in the cart (or Applies to all scope items), then Yes it should apply to event event.

Testing that same promotion code setup and adding multiple events to the cart, then applying the promo code I get this:
Note how each event has the promotion applied, as it’s a full discount all events become free.
Can you think of any other reason that the promo code would only apply to the first event in the cart?
Is that the only promotion code you are using on that cart?
