Exlude VAT for EU delegates

Is there a way to exclude VAT for EU delegates? The courses are open to both UK & EU delegates but only UK delegates should be charged VAT.

Hi there,

Currently, we don’t have an option within EE to do this automatically.

You would need 2 ticket types and the user would need to select the correct ticket type to be charged the correct price.

We do have this on our roadmap HERE.

However, we believe in being honest and open in our replies so just to clarify, the above is on our roadmap but we have many other features with much higher numbers of requests so this is unlikely to be included ‘soon’.
