Hi there,
I’m using EventEspresso to sell tickets for my mother’s theatre in Rome, Italy. I’m making the last changes to the system before going live and I have a proposal for a feature: it would be GREAT to be able to select which information to display when exporting on an Excel file.
I’ve seen that many people had problems with custom questions not showing in the Excel file, and I guess you are going to work on that feature. So why don’t you implement a section, in the options page, to select for example that just Name, Surname and payment status have to be exported? For us it would be perfect because we have three categories of people coming:
- who buys online (payment status: completed)
- who reserves and then pays at the box office (payment status: pending)
- who arrives directly the day of the event and buys a ticket there (not even traced in EE)
That would be a great feature for us.

Customizable/configurable exports is something that we will be working on soon. It was originally planned for 3.2 but we have so many things going into 3.2 that need to be rewritten that it’s been postponed to the next feature release.
