Hello, I’d like to clarify my previous request to reset our license because it should also work on our subdomain.

Our websites are bradsumrok.com and bradsumrok.com/students (a subdomain).

Your website clearly states that the Everything License is for 1 domain and our subdomain is part of that 1 domain. So we should also be able to use our license on our subdomain but it is currently returning an error.

Can you please fix this and let us use our current license for both our main domain and subdomain?

We are in the middle of a launch and appreciate a timely resolution to this matter.

Thanks! 🙂

Hi there,

I’m afraid the site license key can only be used on one domain where there’s one installation of WordPress. If your domain has two separate installations of WordPress, then the key can only be placed on one of the WordPress installations. The way most folks set their site up to avoid having to do two WordPress installations for one domain is they’ll use WordPress multisite.

May I ask are you using WordPress multisite or are there two installations of WordPress? Two installations being one WordPress instance installed on the domain, then another WordPress instance on your subdomain?
