Hello!

I have recently bought business license of EE3

I’m working on create a Event Management system for 1 of our client. We will allow Event Owners to host their events on this site.
We have a requirement where 1 Event can have multiple Agenda Topics.
For Ex.
Event Name: IT Workshop (Event Fee $100)
Agenda
Apr10 (2pm-3pm): Magento Overview (Agenda Fee ($20)
Apr10 (2pm-3pm): WordPress Custom plugins (Agenda Fee ($25)
Apr10 (4PM-5PM): Drupal Themes (Agenda Fee : Free)
Apr11 (11Am-11:45AM): HTML5 (Agenda Fee ($20)
APR11 (2pm-3pm): Sencha Touch (Agenda Fee ($10)

Now if a group wants to join this event, they will have to pay for EVent Fee. But also, Group attendees can select any agenda they want to attend and they will have to pay fee for Agenda as well. It also work with capacity management as every Agenda can have different capacity.

Note: This is only 1 Event, so registration need to be done only once. But while registering attendees can select which agenda they want to attend!

Please help with the best approach to make this functionality done

Thanks
in Adv.

Hi,

In EE3 the best approach would be to use the Multiple event registration add on and the beta Price Modifier add on.

The price Modifier add on allows you to set questions whihc increase the overall ticket price.

One thing it cannot currently to is have an option at zero cost.

With EE4 it becoems much easier as you can set multiple datetimes within an event and multiple tickets which can be applied to specific datetimes.
