Events Payment Options can't be reached on Galaxy S5

I had an stable version of EE 4.6.x.p working. However since the last update to 4.7.4.p the payments options can’t be reached on my Galaxy S5 (using latest version of Chrome browser).

I can see the first step of the form which is attendee information but when I click on the button with the id ‘spco-go-to-step-payment_options-submit’, the second form for payment options (with the id ‘ee-spco-payment_options-reg-step-form’) don’t show. So I can never reach the payment options section.

It works on other Android phones such as Nexus and Sony (using also Chrome browser), and it also works on iPhone (using Safari) and iPad (using Chrome browser).

Can you try clearing your Galaxy s5 browser’s cache?

Hi Josh,
I followed your advice but that didn’t work. Also I just downloaded a Firefox for Android and tried there but I still can’t reach the payments options.

Thanks for your help guys. I realized that I was not using the very latest version so I updated from 4.7.4.p to 4.7.8.p, and this seems to fix the issue.

Still don’t understand why it wasn’t working only on my Galaxy phone though. I didn’t test it on S4 or S3 but I did test it in other Android phones all of them using Chrome.

Hi Colin, glad to hear this is working again. Do you happen to have any caching services such as W3 total or WP super cache running on your site?
