The output of the events archive you link to is controlled by your theme, you can change that output but you would need to create your own theme template to output the details how you prefer.
You’d create a child theme, copy the archive.php template from within your theme into the child theme and rename it to archive-espresso_events.php then change the output there to however you prefer.
Another option is to not use the default events archive and list the events on a page using [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] or one of the other template such as the table view template.
