If I go to /events I find out a message “Nothing Found. It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching can help.”
But however, there is indeed an event. And if I click on /events/name-of-event then I can see that info. So, What /event access does not work? Please advice

Hi Tomas,
Another plugin or the theme may be using the events slug.
Try this quick test.
1) Go to Event Espresso –> Events –> Templates and then look for the events listing area and change events to something else like new-events and save
2) Then go to Settings –> Permalinks and this will refresh your permalinks on the site
Do the event pages including the /new-events/ page begin to work?
