Events not showing up on Calendar

I just added all of my events for the year to EE, but none of them show up on the calendar. They are published/active/visible in the event settings, but my calendar is blank. What am I missing?

Hi,

Can you check the shortcode you used for the calendar to make sure it doesn’t have a category parameter or that the parameter is correct?

If not can you paste the shortcode here and also provide a link tot he calendar page?

Hi Dean, Calendar events used to work and I don’t believe the shortcode has changed. On my calendar page, the short code (the only input on the page) is:

[ESPRESSO_CALENDAR]

Hi Kelly,

Can you try adding short_expired=”true” to the shortcode please, so:

[ESPRESSO_CALENDAR show_expired=”true”]

Then save the page and see if any events are shown.

Ok, I figured it out….I had to go into the calendar settings in the dashboard and enable “show weekends” (all of my events are on weekends as it happens).
