I scanned the other forums regarding this issue, but didn’t find anything that solved my issue.

I can login in the app (iPhone on iOS 6), but I don’t see any events. The espresso-services is in the root directory with permisisons set to 755. As near as I can tell, everything is setup how it ought to be, but no dice when I login.

*As an aside, I would love to be able to check people in without using a QR code (similar to the Eventbrite Entry app). That would be a must-have feature in my book.

Are you using the latest versions of the app and the espresso-services files?

After selecting an event from within the app, you can view a list of attendees, as well as search for attendees by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of the scanner.

I downloaded and installed both the app and the espresso-services this afternoon, so I assume they are up to date.

*Thanks, I suppose I should wait until the app is working to comment on functionality, eh?

Sometimes the events won’t show up if there is an extra space output in the header if your theme’s html output. It breaks the XML output that the app sees.

Alright, I’m a bit of a rookie when it comes to things like this. How would I go about identifying if that is indeed the issue, and if so, how would I repair it?

Not really seeing anything on either site.

I can try to have our iOS developer look into the issue. Please send WordPress admin level log in credentials via the contact form on this page: https://eventespresso.com/contact/

Select the “I am sending login info as requested” department form.
