Events not saving changes

I cannot save any changes to existing events. Text or otherwise.

How do I resolve this?

Hi Sarah,

Just noting here that we have recieved your support token request and replied via email, just in case you are monitoring the forums.

We need FTP credential to investigate this further so if you can re-submit the form providing all of the details on the page we can take a look.
