Events not saving changes

Hello
We’re having issues again with events not saving. I’ve disabled all plugins but its still occurring. Could you please advise on how to fix this?

And, is there a way to create promotional offers across multiple events? Eg purchase three tickets on three consectutive events and get 20% off.

And, is there a mobile version of EE coming out? Our users are find it increasingly hard to use via mobile.
