We have had a recent issue when people are trying to register for our upcoming courses, it won’t let them “add to event cart”. I can actually work around this by adding it to the event cart from the “Register for Courses” page where we have a list of our courses, rather than clicking on the individual event and going to the event page to add to cart.
I was able to replicate the issue, but it seems to be resolved now. I will just have to let you know if the issue continues. I was able to get it to work now on both mobile and desktop.
Actually, some events are still doing it. When I go to any of our spring retraining events, and try to add a ticket to the cart, instead of the box popping up saying it has been added to the cart I just get a green box outline with nothing in it. I don’t see an option here to upload a screenshot, but I can if that’s an option.
