Hi we are having issues with access for our events manager. They have evnts manager permissions set to the user. However when they logon no dashboard or event espresso is shown.
Does the user account have the Events Manager role that’s added when the Event Espresso plugin is first activated? If so you can reset that roles capabilities by going to Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset/Delete and click the button to Reset Event Espresso capabilities.
If the capabilities were added in with some other way you could check the assigned capabilities using a plugin like User Role Editor.
When you say ‘Events Manager’, is that the exact role?
EE adds an ‘Events Administrator’ role and I have a plugin that added a ‘Events Manager’ and ‘Event Organizer’ role, so I just want to clarify which of those you are using.
