Events Grid not displaying as expected

Just added the Events grid addon, and using the short code as documented I get two thumbnails for my two events vertically, and the “hover over” function doesn’t work. Not the look I was expecting

Hi Neil,

The Event grid add-on uses a shortcode and if the shortcode isn’t placed within the main content area of that page the assets (CSS & JavaScript files) will not load. You can force these to load by adding a bit of code to your site:

You can add the above to a functions plugin or into your WordPress theme’s functions.php file.
