Events do not show up on our mobile EE app until the day of the event. Previously, I could look at events in advance to see who was registered and see how full the class was. Now, when we create a new event, or make changes to an existing event that is ongoing, it shows up on the calendar but not in the app. I’m wondering if there’s been an update that has changed the interface or if I’m missing info in the event setup.
So is the event set to the Ongoing status? If so, can you try setting it to Public status?
Also, do the start and end dates in the Event Espresso event editor match this format:
YYYY-MM-DD
If they do not, you’ll need to update the start and end dates to use the above format.
