I don’t know what is going on but all of a sudden my events have all gone “Inactive” All registrations show “0”, and one event has totally disappeared. I am the admin of my site and didn’t touch anything.

Hi there,

Your events are set to draft and all of your registrations are missing, but there’s way too much ‘wrong’ there for this to just be a random display issue etc.

When did you last check your site and see it with registrations?

Do you keep regular backups?

Right now the only way I can see to get this back is to revert to a working backup, I can’t tell you why your site is doing/had done what it is doing but it looks like a database issue. I say that becuase everything is stored within the database and you don’t just have 1 or 2 entities wrong there, its almost like the custom tables have all been dropped (Note I’m just giving you educated guesses based on the short/small details from your video here we don’t have any access to your event data as that’s how EE works, its all stored within your own site’s database).

Has the site moved servers?

Any scheduled maintenance with your host?

Thank you so much for the response!
I feel like a dope.
I recently hired a support team for my IT. They built out all of next year’s classes. They populated the default view of the back end.
I did not know they were doing that, but if you look at them you can see they say 2025…

Thank you for the response.I was worried it was a bigger systemic problem.
