Each time I create an event it disappears after saving. The short code that I’ve used in the page seems to still work but there’s no event to edit? Does anyone know what’s going on? |
Hi Christine, Are they perhaps being set to another status other than active and are hidden in one of the filters? What version of Event Espresso are you running? You can check through WP Plugins. Then look for Event Espresso in the list. Also could you please share a link to an event on your site? — |

Nevermind. Figured it out. |
That is great news! Could you share how you corrected the issue? — |

Nope – my event disappeared again! |

I thought it had to do with the shortcodes on my pages but it didn’t. This is the site http://pgcyclingclub.ca/ I’ve tried checking with all kinds of filter options but can’t seem to find my event – I’ve created it 3 times now. I had version 4.1.8.reg installed but I had no access to pricing so I deactivated it and installed version 3.1.36.4.P. I’ve also installed the add-ons Multi Event Registration, Custom Template Display and Category Accordion I don’t see where to edit these anywhere else but in the actual plug in menu but I don’t want to edit the code – I want to customize and use the plug in…any help is appreciated. thanks |
Hi there, Sorry for the confusion. The three plugins you listed: Multi Event Registration, Custom Template Display and Category Accordion Do not have configurable options. I can point you to their documentation on how they’re set up: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/multiple-event-registration-add-on/ https://eventespresso.com/wiki/custom-template-add-on/ I checked around and I did find your event on this page: |
