Events are displaying duplicates since latest update

We updated to the latest EE on Friday and the client reported everything is working but the venue pages display duplicate events… each event link is to the same/correct event page but not sure what’s causing the duplicates?

I did the basics of reseting permalinks, empty cache/CDN, restarted EE plugin, searched for support topics but couldn’t find any.

We are using the category shortcode for the venue slug:
[ESPRESSO_EVENTS category_slug=”v_crk-1326735456″]

Has there been any changes or updates that could be causing this? All was working well before the last update?

This has been fixed! You can get the fix by updating to the current version of Event Espresso 4!
