we have a big problem. After the GDPR update our EventEspresso is gone in our WP Dashboard. It also is no longer listed in our plug-ins.
We have tried to re-install the EventEspresso Plug-in but it came back with “folder already exists”.
How do we re-activate the plug-in? How do we secure our already sold ticked data?
I really hope the is an easy and quick solution.
If you have FTP access to the server, please try deleting the Event Espresso plugin, then reinstalling. If that doesn’t work, then we can give you access to an earlier version of the plugin to install.
