We’ve tried to update EventEspresso numerous times now, and each time, the server crashes. No error messages. Just a completely blank white pages. We’ve had to restore our servers 5 times. Any idea what could be causing the crash?
A blank screen normally means there is a fatal error being thrown and your server is set not to dispaly errors (which is correct on a live/production site).
In your hosts control panel they usually provide a section you can use to view any errors being thrown on the site, can you take a look and see if you can see the error logs, then find any errors from EE and post them here?
Then activate the latest version of Event Espresso so that the error are logged into that file I’ll take a look there. Without the error we don’t know what the problem is, it could be a conflict with another plugin or something on the server so we need to narrow it down some.
