Hello,
I’m trying to create waiting list according this guide:
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/create-a-waiting-list-for-your-event/
However, when i’m creating an event and changing it’s status to ‘waitlist’ it just disappears from Event Overview…
But I still can navigate to the page using the next URL:
http://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=events&action=edit&event_id=5
I have to remember what ID the waiting list actually is, so I just change the last number…
Why is that happening? is that suppose to be hidden from Event Overview plugin page?

Hi Yoav,
The events that have a status of “waitlist” are hidden so that attendees/registrants register for the original/regular events.
Remember that these “overflow” events are only used if the regular/original event is full.

Thanks for your quick response Lorenzo.
I still don’t understand why I cannot see them. I’ve just filled form of the waiting list event, and I can’t see this information on my original event.
BUT I can see them in the hidden waiting list Event on my Attendee Reports list…
Please tell me which file do I have to edit to make waiting list events shown just like regular event.

If you followed this guide, then you would have created a new shortcode to hide those events:
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/create-a-waiting-list-for-your-event/
Did you skip that step or was it completed?
