Hi, I have an art class studio and Im currently building my site in EE. I figured out how to do multi week art camps and normal events…however… on Friday nights I do a youth painting class (one nighter…not a course over days)…on these friday nights they get to choose from 8 different characters. It’s important for me to know who is doing what so I can prepare their custom canvases for them prior to their arrival. How would I do something like this……………. FRIDAY, JUNE 1, 2020, 6pm-7:15pm, $20 per person, total seats available in studio is 20. Choices Superman, Spiderman, Wonder Woman, Super Girl, Iron Man, Batman, Robin, Captain America. Since there are only 20 seats available how can I make sure that I know who is order what AND I dont go over the limit of seats available. Hi Gina,

When you set up your event, you can set the Datetime’s Reg limit to 20. This will ensure you don’t go over the limit of seats available.

Then, you can set up a custom question for the choice selection. We have a guide that shows how to add questions to event’s registration form. You can follow that guide here:

Thank you Josh:) Would a registrant be able to choose this senario…. Superman 2 QTY, Wonder Woman 3 QTY …. Im thinking the the Add Question solution will solve the multi-options part but not sure if quantities can be put in? Thank you

Yes you can add a question (number field type) for each option. Then the registrant can input a number next to each selection they want. You don’t need to worry about quantity limits for each option because the entire event will have a hard limit of 20.
