I’m trying to work out the best way to set up an event which allows both inividual entrants and teams (of between 3 and 10 members).
I’ve tried adding three ticket types:
- individual (min 1 and max 1)
- team leader (min 1 and max 1)
- and team member (min 2 and max 9)
This worked, however … I need the team (leader and members) to create a team name, and couldn’t work out how to do this.
So I set it up as two different races (although this will cause problems as we need to set a maximum for the number of total competitors), and adding an additional question ‘Team name’ but then this question is asked of every team member.
To make it more complicated there are three ‘waves’ going at three different times, and each wave also consists of a 5-mile and an 8-mile race … but I gace up trying to get that to work all as one race!
Any experts out there that can advice on this?
