Event Waitlist Not Working

I followed the instructions located at https://eventespresso.com/wiki/create-a-waiting-list-for-your-event/, but I have been unable to get the event waitlist feature to work.

The event that is currently filled is http://shepherdsharvestfestival.org/festival-info/class-details-and-registration/?ee=127

The overflow event is http://shepherdsharvestfestival.org/?page_id=451&regevent_action=register&event_id=172

The “all events” page is http://shepherdsharvestfestival.org/festival-info/classes/

What is going on?

Hi,

It looks like that article is missing a small step, so apologies about that.

Above the dropdown to select the Waitlist event, is another dropdown that says “Assign a Waitlist Event?”. This must be set to yes, as well as there being an waitlist event assigned.
