I have an event that has disappeared from our web page. When I looked in EE (4.8.42p). No changes have been made to the event, tickets, etc. Why has this happened and how do I make it active again?

Just heard from a colleague about my inquiry about what might have happened. Her reply: “I clicked on something, the entire screen went blue (as it sometimes does – not alarming in and of itself), and I could no longer find the event listed on the events page. I went to the trash, and there it was. I restored it from the trash, and was able to access everything I needed.”
I’m not a programmer/developer, so I’m hoping the fix will be something relatively simple to make the event active again.

Hi Thomas,
Are you able to view this event via the event editor in your WP dashboard? What does it show for the status in the top right area of the event editor?
Inactive would appear as black but if it became expired, then it would be grey.
How about the datetime and ticket editor? Could you grab a screenshot of that area and share here in a reply?

Duh. Just fixed it myself. Realized that after my colleague restored it from the trash, it just needed to be published again. Sorry.
