Event title not appearing in PayPal for some events (2)

Hi,
Apologies, I had submitted this issue earlier but did not respond in time so it was closed. Resubmitting.
We currently have 3 or 4 events going on right now accepting registration. When running a report in PayPal, some of these completed transactions for said events are appearing in PayPal with “Shopping Cart” as the item title, instead of the event title, as it is for the other successful transactions. This is something that started recently (last 30 days). It’s not happening to any one specific event, so I can’t determine what the pattern is.
Any ideas on this? We have our big event coming up this summer (expecting roughly 3k + registrants), so we’re really hoping to get this sorted out ASAP, or it’s going to make reporting a nightmare.

Hi there,

It looks like you have an older version of Event Espresso. Along with that, there are even older templates being loaded from /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates. You’ll notice that if you go here:

https://bacc.cc/registration/

It throws a fatal error because it’s trying to load a function that was removed from an older version of Event Espresso that’s installed now.

We typically recommend updating everything in cases like these.
