EVENT TIMES STILL APPEARING INCORRECTLY. PLEASE ASSIST ASAP?

Hi Tony or Anyone Else in Support,
I emailed you yesterday, and am desperate to fix this major problem. Please, please can someone fix this? I thought I fixed but still my event dates and times are screwed up, and I had another customer complain early morning as their event showed up as starting on the wrong date, at 2:30 AM! I changed the Time Zone to New York. This is just awful. I’ve been manually changing every event to the correct time, and still problems. I can’t run my business like this. You still have admin permission, Please assist me as soon as possible?

Hi Alice,

When you changed the timezone to New Tork, did you all of your event date/times shift to be incorrect?
