We have an event with a maximum ticket limit of 35. We are experiencing a problem with 2 purchases that failed but are still counted towards the limit. I will post more details privately below.
We’re trying to replicate the issue. Can you tell us why there’s no attached record from those you deleted, as i can they’re part of multiple purchase by a customer? Was it purchase through your site? oy through admin?
Yeah, Will try to recreate that issue on our end too.
btw, did it happen again on different event?
