Event ticket & date line off screen on phone

For my events tockets I have 3 columns and the last columns is off screen and customer have to scroll left to right to view it on phones. Is there anyway fixing this? Also can event tickets not have registrant questions attached to ever items?

That’s from some styles in your theme, you can override those using this:

Add that in Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.

Also can event tickets not have registrant questions attached to ever items?

Not currently, registration questions are assigned per event so all tickets will use the same questions.
