Hi there,

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message activity.

Can you see the email listed as sent there?

Hi Tony.

I get “no recipient” and “empty sender” what seems to be the problem here..

What could be the problem is the site doesn’t allow scheduled tasks. If you go to Tools > Site Health, does it mention that a loopback request failed which could affect scheduled tasks?

If so, you could go to Event Espresso > Messages > Message Settings and set the the option for emails to be sent on the same request. This will make it so the emails bypass the scheduled tasks and instead send right away.

Hi Josh,

The recommended option works, but somehow it only works on public email (Gmail), but if I register with company email domain. we not able to recieved the ticket.

I have tried 2 company email already, but no avail..

Do the email show as sent in the message activity table mentioned above?

EE doesn’t differentiate between different email address/hosts etc so if they show as sent about it is likely an issue with the mail server you are using.

You could try one of the transaction email services mentioned here:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/postmark-app-mandrill-transactional-email-handling-services/

If the email send (and are received) when using one of those services its an issue with your email server and you can either contact the host of that server to investigate or continue to use one of the transactional email services.
