Event Table Add-on — Sold Out Ticket Types

TLDR; Will the Event Listing Table show an Event if it’s “sold out”?

1. We’re using a Tiered Discounted pricing structure for our events. We have 5 different Tiers, so we’ve made this into 5 separate events all with the same datetimes.

2. Each Event (Tier) is allowed only 25 registrations

3. When the 25 registrations are used up, will the Event Listing Table add-on still show the Tier as available (meaning can users still click on “Register”)? If yes, is there a way for it to automatically display “Sold Out” or similar?

Hi there,

The event table will change the text of the button to ‘Sold out’, the user can still click through to view the details but the ticket selector will also show the tickets as sold out.

So to confirm I’m following correctly, you have 5 events and each of those individual events has its own datetime but they all match with date and times?

I’m assuming the limit has been set on the datetime itself?
