Hi Farhad, Event Espresso 3 has a front-end event manager:
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/front-end-event-manager-add-on/
However, in the overall picture, Event Espresso does not work well for projects that are trying to create an event marketplace.

Hi Farhad,
We are not aware of any WordPress plugin designed for creating event marketplaces, most systems, such as Eventbrite are custom made. You could use an event plugin, even Event Espresso, for your needs, but it would likely need to be heavily customised.
