Event status not updating automatically (front-end).

Hi

Recently, I’m finding that the event status is not automatically changing to ‘Sold Out’.

If I look at the back-end of a sold out event, I can see that it’s sold out, and there’s a message saying something like ‘Update this event to make it permanently Sold Out.’ However a user looking at the front end of the website a user has no indication that the event is sold out and can book. This weekend five people booked into an event that was already full.

WordPress Version: 4.4.2
PHP Version: 5.6.10-pl0-gentoo
MySQL Version: 5.5.5
Event Espresso Version: 4.8.38.p

Hi Jack,

We can help you troubleshoot this. Could you share these two things?

1) A screenshot of the event editor for this event so we can see the ticket and date times area

2) A link to the event (e.g. the actual event page)

Also, if you have manually changed the status then do let us know that as well and here is how to share a screenshot with us:
