Event Status is Sold Out

I have an event that is showing as sold out, even though there are tickets available. In fact, I have 3 registrations for this month’s event, so this Sold Out status must’ve just changed. Every datetime for this specific event for the rest of the year is showing as Sold Out. I am on the latest version, and I have reset the datetimes and republished the event. What’s the next step to make sure these events are available to register?

Hi Fran,

The problem is that you have tickets assigned to multiple datetimes and one of those datetimes is now sold out, which means any tickets assigned to that datetime show as sold out.

For example, if you edit that event and look at the “Registration for Thu, Feb 18 2021” ticket.

Click on the icon and you’ll see that ticket has 2 datetimes assigned to it.

December 17th 2020 and February 18th 2021.

The Dec 17th datetime is sold out, so any tickets assigned to it will show sold out and all of the ticket after the above ticket are also assigned to it. Edit each one and make sure the ticket is only assigned to the datetime it is for, that should fix sold out issue.
